Osteo-Mins AM formula contains strontium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, boron and silicon.
Should be taken in conjunction with the Osteo-Mins PM formula, that should be taken at bedtime, and includes calcium, magnesium, vitamin D (or vitamins D and K).
Suggested Usage
Two capsules daily in the am, or more, as directed by a health care professional.
