In addition to providing 1000 mg/day of calcium (as calcium citrate) and 2000 IU/day of vitamin D3, Osteo-K also delivers 45 mg/day of MK4.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 capsules twice daily with a meal.

People taking the anticoagulant medication warfarin (Coumadin) should not take this product since vitamin K interferes with this medication.
