Algal oil is vegan and provides the same omega-3 fatty acids as those sourced from fish. In addition, algal oil is just as bioavailable as fish oil which means it works the same way in the body. OmegAlgae TG260 is naturally high in DHA with a higher DHA:EPA ratio than most fish oils. DHA has been shown to support healthy cognitive function in adults and mental development in children.
