KAL Imported Nutritional Yeast Fine Flakes are unfortified, vegan, and unsweetened, with a wonderful nutty roasted flavor. It is primarily grown on sugar beet molasses produced from non-GMO sugar beet. The whole food source produces yeast flakes containing a full spectrum of essential amino acids and a variety of B vitamins.
