    I generally take whatever my physician recommends.

    I take 1 capsule of this daily. It's a supplement given to people who are low on DOPAC, a neurotransmitter. I was told to take 2 capsules daily, which might help more with shaking. The instructions on the bottle are for 1 capsule daily, though.

    Doctor-Recommended Supplement

    This is a supplement that was carried and recommended for me by my doctor in La Jolla, California. He is a very good doctor, and, although I no longer live in California, I have continued to follow his supplement recommendations.
