How to use Nasya Oil:- Lie down on your back, comfortably tilting your head back with your nostrils opening towards the ceiling. If lying on a bed, you might hang your head off the edge of the bed, or place a small pillow under your neck for support.
- Squeeze 5-10 drops of nasya oil in each nostril. With practice, you can circle the inside perimeter of the nostril drop by drop, coating the nasal membranes.
- Last, take a big sniff in and lie quietly for a few minutes allowing the nasya to penetrate.
Suggested Usage
With head tilted back, place 3-5 drops into each nostril and sniff.
