    I like the tablets better than sublingual

    No need for the sorbitol

    I take one tablet each morning with water before breakfast. I will have to use it a while longer to know if any of the side effects of sorbitol (a sweetener) show up. I have avoided sorbitol for years, and was sorry I did not notice, before I purchased it, that this product contains sorbitol. Its inclusion seems unnecessary, since instructions do not say to chew the tablet. I do not chew it, and since it is very small, cannot image that anyone could not swallow it successfully with water.
