I Have Taken This Product for Many Years

NAC is a precursor to cysteine, and my California doctor recommended this supplement to me. Cysteine is necessary to the production of glutathione, a major antioxidant.

    Indispensable for Cystic Fibrosis

Indispensable for Cystic Fibrosis patients like myself. The difference is clearly noticeable when I do not use this, in terms of how loose or how sticky phlegm is in the lungs. I also know CF puts quite the oxidant stress on the body, and NAC is also a boon to help my glutathione production...I feel better in general when I have NAC on a daily basis. I take a tab about 3-4 times a day, usually with meals so I remember. The efficacy of these tablets are as good as others I have used.

    Doctor Recommended Supplement

This is a precursor to glutathione, which helps the body get rid of toxins. Since I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, I'm sure to have difficulties processing toxins. This was recommended by my doctor in California, and I'm still taking it, even though I left there almost 5 years ago.
