Suggested Usage

    Best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

    I feel better every day I take this. No joke, it’s a miracle—and soluble fiber triples the miracle! If you don’t realize why enteric coatings are necessary for probiotic supplements, then you’re probably missing out on wonderful things. Probiotics are not built to survive stomach acid, so taking probiotic pills with normal coatings is accidentally cruel; the symbiotes would plummet to their death. On the other hand, enteric coatings don’t open up until they pass the stomach acid, keeping our greatest individual allies alive and well as they journey to their new home in your small intestine. I don’t work for this company; I just love this product. BUY IT FOR YOURSELF (and if you have the money) AND ANYONE YOU LOVE!

    My energy has improved

    I love this product. I've tried about five other brands of probiotics (Garden if Life, Dr. Mercer, a different Solary probiotic, etc). This one seems way more effective.
