Suggested Usage
Adults: 1st cycle: 2 capsules twice daily for 5 days then 9 days off. 2nd cycle: 4 capsules twice daily for 5 days, then 9 days off. 3rd cycle: 6 capsules twice daily for 5 days then 30 days off. Repeat with 1st cycle if needed. Take on an empty stomach with at least 12 ounces of water. Supplement with a sophisticated multivitamin including calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium such as Maximum Vitality during use and off days. If you have any adverse reactions such as pain, tremors, headache, numbness, tingling, nausea, vomiting, excessive thirst, sneezing, congestion, or rash, reduce dosage or discontinue use.
