    Vital supplement

    After I stopped eating red meat about a year ago, I believe I was deficient in Vit B12. I am 60 years old and was finding it difficult to focus and retain short term information, including forgetting my train of thought mid sentence. I became very concerned and started to investigate the information out there regarding healthy ways we can do improve our brain function. Amount other things, I began taking this B12 and increased my Omega 3 intake. I started noticing a considerable improvement after several months of daily use of this supplement. It is easy to dissolve under the tongue and it is now one of my staple supplements.
