    Magnesium soft gels

    These soft gels are easy to swallow and a great supplement to take along with my Carlson calcium. This is an important mineral, which also helps with my muscles to relax.

    Pretty good

    They work well for me, but they are pretty big which I felt a little concerned I wouldn't be able to swallow it. Though they are big they where soft and easy to swallow.
