    It helped in ways I didn't know it would

    For years I've been know to always be cold. I mean even in 80 degree weather I'd be wearing a sweater. Now after a couple of weeks of taking this, I'm no longer freezing! We just had over a week in NY of well below 0 degrees and I'm not cold inside my house! In fact I am hot at night. I really didn't know that this would help with that.     Love this

    This is a great, fast absorbing Folate and B-12 supplement. I have to take extra folate every day and this one has just what I need and I don't have to swallow pills, which I don't like to do when I can avoid it. Based on some other reviews I expected this to taste really horrible, but I actually don't mind the flavor at all. I look at it like takRead more about review stating Love thising medicine, and to me it tastes better than any other liquid medicine I've taken. I can tell that this gets into my system quickly and gives me a little extra boost of energy.

    Energy boost

    I usually expect liquid b vitamins to taste nasty, but, much to my surprise, this actually tasted pretty good. It tasted like caramel. It takes a moment for the spray (more like a squirt) to start working, but the pump has no problems after that. I had an energy boost less than 10 minutes later. I have the MTHFR gene and need the methyl version ofRead more about review stating Energy boost folate; this supplement has 1,300 mcg of that per dose, along with 3000 mcg of the methyl (best) version of b12, and 50 mg of betaine (TMG.) I admittedly don't know a lot about liposomal versions of supplements (I'm going to have to do some research), but I do know that it's supposed to absorb easier than a regular supplement.
