Immune Active

I received this item for free as part of a promotion in exchange for my honest review. My immune system is suppressed due to a medication I am on so I am always looking for ways to increase my immunity. The supplement contains the exact things that my doctor recommended, vitamin C, and zinc, along with a few other helpful supplements. I started by taking one a day just to make sure I didn't have any side effects and quickly was able to get up to the two a day recommendation. It's hard to say if it helped because working in an office and being around children means I get sick pretty often but I had no major illnesses during the month that I took this so I definitely seems to have a good effect!!!

I see this ass a supplement that is nice to have if you can afford it, but not a necessity or something you're going to see immediate or measurable results with if you're already relatively healthy. As someone with a toddler in daycare and a newborn, I am always looking for supplements to help boost my own immune system and pack in the antioxidants and this product does just that with an ingredient list that packs a punch!
