Adenosylcobalamin, one of the "coenzyme" forms of vitamin B12, is known as the mitochondrial form as it is the most prevalent form in cellular tissues. While not itself a "coenzyme" form, hydroxocobalamin easily converts to one (methylcobalamin) and may also have the unique benefit of helping to support healthy cellular detoxification. Suggested Usage
