Carefully remove protective sheet from mask and place onto thoroughly cleansed face. Leave mask on for 15-20 minutes. Do not reuse mask. Recommended once or twice weekly. Suitable for all skin types.

- 3. Press gently with finger-tips to spread evenly over face
- 4. Relax for 15-20 minutes then remove mask
