Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-4 times daily, with meals and 6–8 oz of water.

    Very helpful supplement!

    My husband and I have used GSE for many years. He uses it for respiratory infections, and I use it for GI issues. Just one capsule a day and helped my GI disturbances tremendously. No side effects, no negative effects on your microbiome (unlike antibiotics).

    Great Stuff!

    I got this for a bacterial infection. It is working very well to get rid of it. I have to be careful not to take too much my body can't keep up with the die off. So I am taking it slow with 2 or 3 drops, 3 times a day. I can handle it in water. I like it best in my morning protein drink, as I can't tell it is there. I also will put the drops in a veggie capsule so I don't have to taste it. I like to use it as a mouth rinse and to brush my teeth. Highly recommended!
