    Focus DL

    This supplement has helped me for a few years now. Was recommended by amy functional nutrition PA. Don't think I would take this type of neurotransmitter supplement unless proven that my brain needs it. One each morning before 1:00 is sufficient for me. Any more than one capsule (or taken later in the afternoon) seems to interfere with my sleep at night.
