Suggested Usage

Adults: Apply 1 pump (0.25mg Estradiol) to smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. These are general recommendations only and may be modified for individual needs.
