    Fish oil is great for the brain and heart!

    Fish oil is great, and Dr Amen, a leading brain health doctor, recommends more EPA than DHA for those dealing with depression and ADHD. I love this brand because there is no fishy aftertaste.

    Aside from it's heart and health benefits I was prescribed this dosage to help in ADHD symptoms and anxiety. Ot seems to have helped.
