    The humble eggshell membrane.... a powerhouse

    The dosage may need to be adjusted according to your needs but it contains the building blocks for healthy joints....and skin too. It's a natural way to get these factors as opposed to synthetics. Chondroitin is good for cartilage and hyaluronic acid cushions joints and is great at providing hydration for joints and skin. I like this manufacturer too because they always have a competitive price and good quality.

    I've been using this for over 6 months now. About one month ago I doubled the normal dose and noticed a significant difference.

    It Works

    Unlike a previous review with 2 star review, I noticed a difference in less than a week. I know of co-workers that had the same experience as me with the product, tennis players found relieve to their knees. Me, I'm just old.
