Suggested Usage

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon by mouth. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.

    This has really helped!

    Dr. Shades Liver Sauce comes in a small bottle, but it has really helped me with various symptoms like poor energy, digestive issues, problems with sleep. I do wish it came in a larger bottle.
