DIM Estro from NuMedica supports healthy estrogen metabolism for men and women. DIM is an advanced metabolite of Indole-3-Carbinol, the indole found in cruciferous vegetables. Indoles support healthy estrogen metabolism and an optimal ratio of estrogen metabolites, including 2-hydroxyestrogen and 16-hydroxyestrogen.
The BioPerine and curcumin combination has been added to enhance the bioavailability, extent of absorption and serum concentration of the bioactive curcuminoids.

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, L-leucine, vegetable stearates, silica (bamboo).
Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten or soy. Suitable for Vegetarians.
