    important for hormone balance

    My doctor recommended that I take DIM while on other hormones, to maintain a good balance. I trust the Jarrow brand because I use another of their supplements and it works well.

    Great supplement for supporting hormone pathways

    I was advised many years ago to take DIM along with using bioidentical hormone therapy. I Have been taking Jarrows Dim for about 5 years and will continue to take it for the years ahead.

    No More Hormonal Acne

    This has seriously helped my skin and mood swings. I'm 41 and have dealt with hormonal acne for the better part of my life after having kids. After trying all kinds of cremes and antibiotics, I wanted something more natural that might actually fix the root of the problem. It did take at least 3-4 months to really regulate everything but I haven't had any bad breakouts for over a month now, which is a long time for me. Normally I would have loved to wear a mask to cover breakouts along my chin line, but now I don't even need too, except, of course, to protect us from Covid. I would definitely recommend this supplement, just give it some time.
