DGL Plus® is a combination of herbal extracts designed to support a healthy gastrointestinal tract.
This synergistic combination of deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL) and herbal extracts provides nutritional support to the gastrointestinal tract. DGL maintains intestinal comfort by enhancing the protective mucosal lining. Marshmallow root contains mucilage polysaccharides to soothe and protect mucous membranes, while slippery elm bark promotes mucous secretion in the GI tract. The combined actions of these extracts support the body’s natural defense mechanisms by stimulating the mass, quality, and production of mucous, a major component of the stomach’s protective lining.
Deglycyrrhizinated licorice extract is derived from Glycyrrhiza glabra roots. Aloe vera extract (200:1) is derived from the inner fillet of Aloe barbadensis. Slippery elm is derived from Ulmus fulva bark. Marshmallow root extract (8:1) is derived from Althaea officinalis. Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.
Suggested Usage
