Suggested Usage

Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.

    Helps me sleep

    I usually wake up after about 3 hours and have a hard time getting back to sleep. I'm 70 yrs old and use 2 servings in some herbal tea at bedtime and while I still wake up, I get back to sleep quickly and now get a solid 6.5 to 7 hours a night. Great stuff

    It is great supplements as sleep aid but the taste is very bad. That is why 4 stars.

    it's aight

    thanks. I respect plants, I know herbalism is a process, hopefully y'all are using your powers wisely and lead healthy lives etc, and this isn't about capitalism and more about medicine and so forth, my ex wife is an herbalist and a witch and she recommended your company to me when I was having trouble calming my little body down at night. I love her and she loves plants and making medicine, however she also has a moral problem with making money off plants and thinks it should be more of a 'peer to peer' thing instead mass production or whatever. It's really over my head mostly, but, like I said, I love her and I listen. I tried talking to plants once during a manic episode and it didn't go well, but otherwise, I think it's working.
