    Good for the joints

    I take this daily. This product is the kind of curcumin that is easily assimilated by the body. I take it for my arthritis pain but it has recently been touted to help many other conditions. Also, this is the least expensive of all the better curcumin supplements on the market. The reason I do not give it 5 stars is because it doesn't take away all of the pain, but I would not be without it!
