Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, 1/2 heaping teaspoon in 8 to 12 ounces of liquid between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    Vitamin C that's buffered, so it's easier on the stomach

    Buffered C Powder makes it easier for individuals with a sensitive or compromised digestive system to take a higher amount of vitamin C. It also provides calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Mix 1 level scoop with 8 ounces of water (or juice) one to two times daily or as recommended by your health professional. I put a scoop in a container if water or juice, then shake and drink.

    Buffered vitamin c, allergy research

    Excellent product, I've been taking it for years and feel it has helped me to stay healthy through out the whole year. And it cost much less at natural health concepts, I was paying twice as much at my nutritionist! Thanks
