CAUTIONS AND INTERACTIONS: Bromelain may thin the blood to some extent. It should not be combined with drugs such as warfarin or heparin except under the supervision of a physician. In addition, Bromelain may interact with certain antibiotics, such as tetracycline and amoxicillin, by increasing their levels in the blood.
