Suggested Usage

    p-5-p

    I looked it up and several sites mentioned and uncommon but severe reaction to P-5-P Mag. If you don't get this reaction, it might be right for you, but for me it was cleary wrong. Side effects stopped mostly when I quit it and the remnants faded away over about a week.
