Bee propolis, also known as bee glue, is a brownish resinous substance collected by bees, mainly from poplar and conifer buds, and used to seal their hives. Because of its antimicrobial properties, propolis helps to keep the hive germ-free. Test tube and animal studies indicate that propolis may have many beneficial actions that promotes health and well being. Bee propolis is believed to stimulate phagocytosis, the process by which some white blood cells destroy bacteria.
Suggested Usage
One vegetable capsule once or twice daily, or more, as directed by a health care professional.
