This formula also includes the patented folate derivative Quatrefolic®, which is an innovative form of folate that has demonstrated high bioavailability, solubility, and long-lasting stability.* Trimethylglycine (TMG) and choline are also included to support methylation.*

Suggested Usage

Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

    My doctor recommends this particular product

    I have a severe form of MS and have discovered that I am much stronger if I double my intake of my B vitamins. (B vitamins are water soluble, meaning you can take huge levels safely). My investigation reveals this particular brand seems superior to others, i.e higher levels of multiple Bs.

    Excellent Quality

    I trust the quality of Designs for Health and was pleased when I read online that these B Vitamins don't smell. So far, it's been true. I'm happy with them. Veggie caps and easy to swallow.

    Trustworthy product

    I use this product on a daily basis to help with my energy levels and to replenish my body of the vital B vitamins. It's important for all woman on OCPs to be taking B vitamins. After taking this supplement for about a month, I feel my energy is coming back and my body function seems to be improving some and I feel so much better. Designs for Health is a very trustworthy company too, from the research I've been able to do on them online, plus it was recommended to me by a very trustworthy doctor as being a great brand of B vitamins. I've purchased two bottles of this so far and will continue to do so. My husband is also taking them now too.
