Goodnight Lotion combines the benefits of topical magnesium with topical melatonin in a moisturizing lotion. What is melatonin? A substance naturally produced by the body that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. It is also a ubiquitous and powerful free radical scavenger; and production of melatonin is thought to decrease as we age, making it more difficult to have a good night’s sleep.

Suggested Usage
Rub 1 ml (1 full press of the pump) thoroughly into clean skin, once daily, or as needed.
Sensitive individuals may want to start with 1/2 pump and gradually work up to 1 ml.
