Cape aloe has been used for thousands of years to promote the health of epithelial tissue, including the bowel lining. Cape aloe contains a class of phytonutrient compounds called anthraquinone glycosides. When ingested, these compounds are activated through bacterial metabolism in the gut, promote water retention in the stool, and stimulate peristalsis in the large intestine. By causing active chloride secretion, cape aloe increases the water and electrolyte content in the stool and eases elimination without artificial additives and cramping associated with other therapies.


Cape Aloe is intended for the relief of occasional constipation. Cape aloe, the solid residue obtained by evaporating liquid aloe ferox, has been shown in the research to affect regularity due to its influence on colon peristalsis, which it triggers to contract, resulting in accelerated intestinal passage.

Suggested Usage

Adults: 1 capsule at bedtime (allow 24 hours before redosing) or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

    I haven't tried this product yet, but it's the exact same ingredient as my previous aloe, but 25% less expensive. Ordering online was easy as pie and delivery came as promised. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't tried the product yet.

    So happy I gave this a try!

    I had used a different brand of 450mg Cape Aloe for years. When I saw PSC (Professional Supplement Center) release this product with the same active ingredient content, I decided to give it a try based on it being a better value and easier to obtain. I've had it for a few weeks now, and cannot tell an difference between this and the other brand, so I plan to stick with PSC in the future!

    A True Lifesaver for Me!!

    When my sixth doctor I saw, suggested this product for my severe constipation, I thought she was nuts, but after trying everything else on the market and suffering for more years than I care to admit, I bought this. To my surprise, it worked better than even the prescribed medications that other doctors had given me. I have severe constipation from living in horrible chronic pain and taking several different opiate pain killers. As many may know, opiates cause constipation, let alone the sedentary life a chronic pain sufferer tends to live. This product works terrifically, and fast too. No cramping, or pain whatsoever, only results. I tell everyone in my pain mgmt. group about it, and it seems so simple it's hard to believe it works! You have to buy it, if this is one of your problems.

    Great product / Great service!

    I've used this product for 20 years and have never had a problem. Any time I've tried any other product for regularity it could not compare to the effectiveness of Super Aloe. The service from Professional Supplement Ctr is Great - never a mistake and always fast.
