Adrecor

My holistic nurse practitioner prescribed these to me. I'm under frequent stress, and my energy dips throughout the day. I started using these in an effort to increase mental alertness and reduce caffeine intake. I was taking a different adrenal support pill, but the others would sometimes make my face flush or give me hives if taken with little food. AdreCor worked so much better! I take 1-2 in the morning with my breakfast smoothie. There is green-tea extract so this probably isn't caffeine free, but I do find myself more alert without energy dips or jitters. It is more expensive then the other pills but for me these work without negative side effects . I didn't notice that it caused any sleep disturbance but I only take at breakfast.

In the last two years I have been on up to 30 supplements, a special diet, and now am able to reduce the dosage. I have Heavy Metal Poisoning, and am going to do Chelation. Hang in there as it's a long road to good health. Changed everything, diet, exercise, and getting the stress out of my life. Concentrate on you, and read The End of Alzheimer's, and The Ultra Mind Solution. They will tell you what you need to do to get healthy, and retain that health. It takes time and determination. This product helped me to get out of being bedridden for a year & half 6 years ago. I was suffering from severe adrenal deficiency. Coupled with itger supplements it is now vital for my sustsunability as adrenal deficiency is now a chronic problem for me. If I had not gine a year & a half without diagnosis it would not be chronic. If I had known about Adrecor when I first became sick it would not be a chronic oroblem now. The Adrecor would have enabled comolete recovery then. And if Im able to stay away from strong stressfull issues now I will eventually be able to discontinue suppliments until and unless I get sick again.
