Jigsaw Health Activated B w/SRT is a potent Vitamin B complex that provides the active form of each B-vitamin in a sustained release formulation for maximum absorption. Inactive forms of B-vitamins require conversion in the liver before they can be used by the body. Activated B 2/SRT provides only the ready-to-use, active form of each B-vitamin in a timed release formula, so no conversion is needed.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily or use as directed by your healthcare professional.
If you have trouble sleeping, do not take late in the evening. If taking more than 1 tablet a day, its usually suggested to space the doses out and take with food.
