Suggested Usage

    Now Foods Probiotic

    Had been working great for me. Take daily in the evening . Like that it’s a capsule and only take 1 a day. Don’t have to worry about eating yogurt.

    Very pleased with Now Foods

    Very pleased with the quality of 8 billion probiotic. I keep it on the freezer and then refrigerator after the bottle has been opened. Helps to maintain my gut.

    This product seems to be working for me. I didn’t take it for 10 days when away from home and noticed a difference. When I was back home and taking the product again I could tell it made a difference for me. Helps keep everything moving through my system.
