The 7-Keto™ metabolite of DHEA is a natural, non-steroidal molecule that is produced in the body from DHEA. This metabolite is chemically different from DHEA and cannot convert back into DHEA in the body. Studies indicate that 7-Keto may be useful in promoting weight loss without the use of stimulants while following an exercise program and healthful diet.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily, or as directed by physician.

    I've been taking 7-Keto in variable doses for about two years now, and if anything, have gained weight, but am also growing older. My holistic physician originally put me on one 75 mg capsule, three to five times a week. I read up on the stuff, and decided to increase it myself, without consultation (the doctor does not accept either of my health plans), and see what happened, as the dosages I'd read about were substantially higher than what he'd recommended. No change really, and if anything, my weight increased. I'm now about 20 pounds overweight for my height, without changing my level of activity or eating habits. My last physical exam, with his nurse practitioner,, I told her I'd increased the dosage, and she recommended I return to one capsule 2 to 3 times a week. I've lately switched to a traditional, female doctor who accepts both of my insurance plans, but have not yet seen her....it will be interesting to see what she thinks...

    Great supplement recommended by my Dr.

    Great use for those of us that are over 40. Increases your dhea levels that start dropping at age 40. Helps promote sustainablity in work out regimin.

    Take this first thing in the morning as it's supposed to be digested more fully as your daily routine is just getting started for the day.
