Probiotic delivered hot when supposed to be refrigerated

I ordered my Probiotic for the first time from professional supplement center because where I was getting it before closed. This probiotic is supposed to be refrigerated at all times. When I ordered I asked if this would stay cold and they told me yes. When I received it it was extremely hot. Now I am not sure it is any good.
