Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $35.

Any product that is ordered within our Subscribe & Save program ships free for refills in the U.S. (free shipping on the second order and orders thereafter).

We’re honored to extend domestic shipping to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Our shipping team selects the most efficient carrier based on your location and order.

Shipping Notes:

  • USPS is used for PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Other carriers (UPS, FedEx) may be used when applicable

Shipping Guidelines

A “Business Day” is Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 4 PM CST ship the same day

  • Orders placed after 4 PM CST ship the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day

 


 

Delivery Service Alerts

Occasionally, weather or unforeseen events may impact delivery times.
Shipping carriers do not offer refunds for delays caused by these events.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.

 


 

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products may include a complimentary ice pack during warmer months.
While the pack may arrive warm, product quality remains intact when refrigerated upon arrival.

 


 

International Shipping

Cost

International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International subscriptions will also be charged with the same shipping rate. If you have any issues with mixed carts (containing both one-time and subscription items) showing 2 separate charges, please contact our customer service through the live chat, email service@professionalsupplementcenter.com or via telephone at 1-888-245-5000 for support.

Restrictions

Certain brands and ingredients may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations. If your order includes restricted items, we’ll contact you to adjust it.

 


 

Customs & Import Responsibility

You are considered the importer of record and are responsible for:

  • customs duties, taxes, or fees

These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

 


 

Customs Returns

If a package is returned due to customs issues:

  • a 20% restocking fee may apply

  • return shipping costs may be deducted

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, we’ll reship your order at no additional cost after receiving a completed Affidavit of Loss.

Replacement shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.
