How does using my HSA/FSA save me money?
HSA/FSA accounts were created so individuals could use pre-tax money to pay for expenses used to treat, mitigate, or prevent a diagnosed medical condition.
Because HSA/FSAs use pre-tax money, you’re getting more purchasing power for your dollars. Rather than pay taxes on income and then spend it on health items, qualified customers can use pre-tax funds to invest in root cause interventions.
Who is Truemed?
At Truemed, we believe that investing in your health is far more valuable than waiting to spend on sickness. By unlocking pre-tax HSA/FSA spend on research backed interventions such as fitness, supplements, and health technology, we’re shifting healthcare spend toward true medicine.

Eligibility is determined by an independent clinician based on the health information you provided during the intake process. Not everyone qualifies, and outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. For questions about your specific result, please reach out directly to support@truemed.com.
I don't see the Truemed option at checkout. What's wrong?
A few things could cause this:
You're signed into Shop Pay. Try logging out and checking out as a guest instead.
The product may not yet be set up for HSA/FSA coverage through Truemed.
You may be shopping on a third-party site (like Amazon or Best Buy). Truemed is only available when purchasing directly from our website.
If you're already checking out as a guest on our site and still don't see the option, reach out to support@truemed.com with the product name and they'll look into it.
Can I use my HSA/FSA on a subscription?
Yes! For subscriptions, you'll pay with a regular card, complete the qualification survey, and then submit your LMN and receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. One LMN covers up to 12 months of recurring charges, so you won't need to reapply each time.
Why is only part of my order eligible?
Some products are only partially eligible for HSA/FSA coverage — typically when they include features beyond what's considered medically necessary. Truemed calculates the eligible portion and your LMN and receipt will clearly show the breakdown so you know exactly what you can submit for reimbursement. Questions about specific amounts? Contact support@truemed.com.
What if I don't have an HSA or FSA account?
Truemed is only available to customers with an existing HSA or FSA account. If you don't have one, check with your employer's HR or benefits department about your enrollment options — most employers offer sign-up during open enrollment periods.
