This product was recommended to me by my N. D. Licensed Naturopath in 2015 after a compression fracture of my T-12 vertebra and compression fracture of two ribs. Bone density scans two years prior had shown osteopenia which obviously had worsened. A year after taking OsteoPrime Ultra combined with Ostera my bone density had improved. There is no stomach upset with this product. The price is better than at other retailers, so having it on auto-refill is a great way to go.

I started using this product recommended by my acupuncturist at Bastyr Center for natural medicine. It's a full on on vitamin and mineral supplement, and good for the bones which I need. I am quite pleased with it; it keeps me from buying a whole lot of individual vitamins that I don't need that much of.

Complete Bone Health Supplement

I chose this bone supplement because of all the minerals and synergistic vitamins it contains to support bones. I use this in addition to a one-a-day vitamin which has inadequate levels of minerals in it. It is really too much to fit in a one-a-day! The dose that seems to work for me is 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch. I have taken some with dinner but I feel the higher dose of B vitamins that late may help prevent me from getting to sleep. Might just be me . . .
