Osteo-Plus is an excellent supplement

Many years back my chiropractor gave me a bottle of Osteo-Plus after a car accident. And for the past 3 years I have been using it as a supplement. It's a great product and my yearly physical blood work reflects my calcium, because I usually would run low prior to consistently taking it. I also have noticed that if I'm drinking enough water that I don't experience muscle cramps in my lower legs.
