Suggested Usage

Other Ingredients: Capsule (hypromellose and water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, medium-chain triglyceride oil, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silica.
Does Not Contain: Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

I started taking nine pills a day of Ossopan MD (three at each meal) along with TerrainZyme Ostemend and Buried Treasure Vitamin D3. It helped the pain and I have a sense of overall feeling stronger. Plus, it is a supplement I can tolerate. I have a lot of trouble tolerating anything.
