Add the indicated amount of water to reconstitute, then drink like bottled milk. Despite undergoing dehydration, powdered milk contains all 21 standard amino acids, and vitamins and minerals such as protein and carbohydrates, calcium, potassium and more.

Suggested Usage
To reconstitute, simply mix 3/4 cup of powder per quart of water in a blender and mix thoroughly. In recipes calling for milk, substitute reconstituted Non-Fat Dry Milk in place of milk.
