Suggested Usage

Directions: Take one softgel up to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    Doesn't make you burp fish!

    I can't say if this is actually helping anything or not yet but I know it's good for your overall health so I'll continue to take it. I stop with a lot of fish oil pills because the nasty fish burps but you don't get those with this brand so it's great!

    Not for me

    Metagenics kindly gave me this OmegaGenics Fish Oil EPA 1200 mg for free so that I could review it. I really wanted to like these, but this was a hard pill to swallow (pun intended). They are huge! As big as a quarter. They don't have a fishy smell. Instead they smell like perfume?? I did not understand that and the bottle did not state anything about perfume. These may say doctor recommended, but I would not!

    New Favorite!

    By far the best formulation of fish oil I've tried. No heartburn or weird aftertaste, plus I feel great! Highly recommended to all my friends. This will be the only fish oil product I use going forward. Thankful to have found it!

    Great and no gross taste

    I really liked these fish oil supplements. They were easy to swallow and zero gross fish burps or bad breathe. They were easy on my stomach and no nausea as I have had in the past with other brands. The quality seemed outstanding and after about 3 weeks I could tell a difference in my energy, heart health, overall appearance.

    Easy to take

    Some fish oil I don't enjoy taking but these have been great. They are easy to swallow and don't leave me with any aftertaste. They seem to be working well too so I definitely recommend if looking for a good fish oil.
