I have been using this fish oil for many years because it takes away my arthritis in my knees! Seriously! I have no pain if I take this fish oil twice a day. I started out using about 5 a day but then found out I could back off a bit. A functional medicine doctor actually told me about it.

Fish oil burp where???

I was put on to these fish oil pills from my functional care doctor. She told me there was no fishy burps. I was very skeptical. Now I’m not saying 100% of the time I don’t burp…but the lack of fishy burp is a good 95%. I haven’t noticed any changes…however I just got a new bottle. Maybe it takes 2 bottles to see a difference. Stay tuned.
