Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic enzyme which is extracted from the popular Japanese food natto. Natto is a cheese-like food that is produced by adding Bacillus natto to boiled non-gmo soybeans. Nattokinase is to be used as part of your diet and exercise program to maintain normal circulatory health.*

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) Vcap once or twice daily between meals, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.

Warnings
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. If you are taking aspirin or any medication used for blood thinning, do not use this product. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if stomach upset occurs.

I've never tried this brand before but it seems to be working well. The price was right and the quality seems good, better than the generic natto we'd been taking, so we're happy thus far.
