Xlear Nasal Spray is a combination of xylitol and saline spray that has shown to be effective in soothing and moisturizing the sinuses and nasal passages. The Xlear Nasal Spray line contains xylitol, purified water, salt, and grapefruit seed extract as a preservative. Using xylitol allows us to have a hyper-osmotic solution which helps pull moisture toward it. This action keeps the nasal passages and sinuses moist for a much longer time than saline alone.
Xylitol is the ingredient that sets Xlear products apart from all of the other products. The Xlear Nasal Spray line features all natural products. They do not use chemical antihistamines or decongestants that can leave your airways and sinuses dry. When our sinuses and airways are dry it leaves us vulnerable for increased infections.
Suggested Usage
Clear the nasal passages by gently blowing your nose prior to using Xlear. Remove the safety clip on the bottle. Prior to initial use, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping 1 or more times into a tissue until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing through your nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril. Use preventatively as often as needed to cleanse the nasal passages and sinuses. For best results, use at least twice daily. The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise amount of the soothing spray in a fine mist. Wipe nozzle clean after each use and replace cap.

Almost daily use of this has reduced the sinus discomfort and pain of sinusitis and allergies. I use it in conjunction with Kyolic Garlic.

Best nasal spray out there

I use this nasal spray after every outing. It is truly remarkable. So nice that it can be used as often as needed. Do your own research about the benefits of Xlear spray. I usually use a decongestant nasal spray when I fly to avoid head and ear pain upon descent. It's the kind you can't use all the time. Last trip, it did not seem to be working. I was a bit congested and worried about that stabbing pain. So I pulled out my Xlear spray and used it a couple times on the flight. No head or ear pain upon descent. I'll skip the other kind from now on. This product is a must for your medicine toolkit.
