In any Multiple Mineral formula, the key to its successful formulation lies in its mineral balance. Minerals work in a precise balance or ratio to one another. Eidon's formulation reflects the most current understanding for optimal balance in a mineral formula. The macro minerals, Calcium and Magnesium, are kept in a 1:1 ratio to correct the erroneous dietary trend of high Calcium and low Magnesium intake. The delicate combination of Zinc and Manganese are kept in a specific ratio so as not to imbalance each other. Higher and equal levels of Selenium and Chromium complement the Zinc and Manganese ratio. Boron is utilized with Silica and Sulfur in proportion to Calcium and Magnesium. Iron is included with careful attention to Zinc and Manganese. Iodine and Potassium put the finishing touches on the formula within the current acceptability guidelines for mineral balance. Eidon's combination of balanced minerals can serve as a stable foundation for mineral nutrient supplementation.
Suggested Usage
30 drops (2 dropper squeezes) per day in 8 oz. of juice or water.

Been buying for years!

AS I said I have been buying these for years. Started with my three year old who had immune deficiencies cause by chromosomal disorder. Always sick with respiratory issues. Doctors told me there was nothing I could do to increase his immune function. Then I was told about these multi minerals. I began using these and another product call Sambucus and extra selenium from Eidon minerals as well. Next cold season he used only one round of antibiotics, then the next year he used none. Then after three years of no doctors visits, he got sick with a sinus infection. He is now 13 and still using these minerals and hardly ever sick. I still use the extra selenium on a daily basis along with the multi minerals. My whole family uses it now in our Berky drinking water.

I would like to say, these types of minerals work for me, because my body has a difficult time absorbing certain types of vitamins. Many many multi vitamins focus on either the wrong amount of minerals they add to their products, or the wrong types. I know I don't have proof of exactly what these ionic minerals do for my body, but I like the fact that they work slowly and mildly to your system, which to me is good, because, like you say, we only need a small amount of these minerals to stay healthy!
